Mr Smarty Paints is owned and operated by me , Chris Neubert . I’m a one man operation . I do the estimates , perform the prep and execute all the finish work . My clients like this about me because they know exactly what they’re getting when they hire me . RESIDENTIAL - Everyone's home is different . We can customize a plan to fit yours . COMMERCIAL - Customize your store front or freshen up the offices with fresh paint or new colors .INTERIOR - I keep a very clean work environment , always taking great respect for your belongings as well as your space EXTERIOR - 'It's all in the prep' . A thorough prep job is the single most important part of the job . Followed by multiple coats of Benjamin Moore's best product - Aura LEAD SAFE PRACTICES - I am EPA lead certified . Which means I have received the proper education for working safely in a lead positive environment .PRESSURE WASHING - I offer this service as part of the prep before I paint or a service in itself... the paint might look great underneath all that dirt .STAIN / VARNISH - If the front door is looking dry or you’'d like to have some new cabinetry stained instead of painting , let me know.WALLPAPER REMOVAL - Sometimes its easy , sometimes its not . Either way , I can get it off and get the surface prepped for paint or new wallcovering .STUCCO - If you have standard’ stucco patching or repair , I can get it fixed up and properly sealed.If its extensive stucco work ,you may want to find a professional stucco contractor .FAUX FINISH - Please let me know if you are interested in a particular type of finish . I’ll let you know what I can do and cant do . TEXTURING - After patching over a textured surface , it will need to be re-textured to match the existing one...no problem , do it all the time .BEJAMIN MOORE PAINTS - The best products I've ever used . They carry a wide range of materials for all projects .

Chris did a wonderful job on the interior of our 1928 spanish house. As with all old homes there is a lot of special treatment needed to bring it back to life. He did a great job and the place looks beautiful. He was fast, clean and professional the entire time. It was one of the best experiences I have had in renovating our home. He does quality work; is on time; keeps work areas clean during and after the job is done; and finishes the job on the date expected. What more can you ask for! ANE PRIESTERWe got three bids and we chose him because, even though they were all equally competitive, he was clearly the most comfortable with our large dog. The dog stays outside while we are at work so the painter needed to be comfortable working around our dog. He did such a great job and he was meticulous with the prep work. We are happy and other people in the neighborhood have noticed so they’ve asked for his contact information. I cannot recommend him more highly; we definitely plan to use him for our future painting jobs. You have to be patient because he’s busy but he’s worth the wait.
